Neptune is stationary on 12 13 Nov 2013, and Jupiter also starts its retrograde. Both of them are the ruler of Pisces, and are related to our future.
Traditional theories perceive Neptune as a weak, illusive planet and overlook the fact that ancient Mediterranean fishermen worshipped Poseidon and prayed for safe voyages. A long voyage is unpredictable and could be deadly, and these fishermen also worried if their catches or the goods they sold could barter commodities of same value back. Every voyage is a life-or-death expedition, and this is not what people who do not spend their lives with the sea can understand easily. If Poseidon looked after them, their catch would be rich, the voyage would be safe and sound, and they could use their olives to exchange some quality silk-cloth – these dreams and visions drive people to be brave to advent, and the passion conjured up by such visions are the gift from Neptune.
If you have time on these two days, try to examine what your dreams and visions are, and check if you have put them aside in the past few months, if you are ready and have your map, compass, ration, resources, friends, weapons and determination all prepared. Neptune will set is sail again this Friday and lead you to chase after your dreams – you will get lost if you do not know what the direction is, you will regret that you have to stop just because you are not well prepared, and you can only dream if you do not have the passion and determination to act.
How much do you love yourself? Does it mean that you do not deserve to be loved if you do not have a lover to love you? I once heard a Chinese athlete, who was being approached by a billionaire, said that “there are many billionaires, but there is only one champion”. She determined to pursue a better performance because she knew that only when she paid her every effort could she attract who she deserved. If you love yourself, you will not treat yourself wrongly or hurt yourself. Even if your lover leaves you one day, the “you” that loves you will always remind you that it is just that your lover does not suit you, so why treat yourself in any unfair way? Grievances may not come from the desire to be loved but from the thought that “I do not deserve to be loved”.
Do you know that little mermaid who becomes foam eventually? She thinks she is nothing. Isn’t it another inspiration from Neptune? Only when you cherish your value and your own presence can you realize how to love yourself. When you love yourself, you will never treat yourself wrongly – you will only make yourself happy and attract those who know how to appreciate you. If someone inappropriate approaches you, you will know how to say “thank you, but we do not match”.
