Cardinal grand cross 2014

Happy new year , have you make your new year plan for 2014 ? It sounds silly but planetary energy of  this moment  are really good to revise our old plans and make a new project for next year. Yes there is a cardinal grand cross in the sky. Inform by Jupiter in Cancer opposite Sun Mercury Pluto in Capricorn , square Uranus in Aries and Mars in Libra.

Most traditional astrologers dislike grand cross as they are bad energy in the sky , however I have to say it is " hard " but not bad . This aspect pattern will on and off in next year it will get very intensive in April May and June. Usually we say grand cross make us feel trapped but cardinal grand cross rant like others , it may make you restless, especially when all the planets involve are very dynamic , this suggest over this period we will easily feel busy , restless , always on the go , and you maybe feel exhausted .

I suggest we deal Grand cross aspect pattern  carefully , we first better learn where maybe will be effect in our life.when we look on Uranus theme, It could be an effect on life changing part , if you wish to change your life , this aspect pattern suggest the change will not happen easily  unless you go very deep to see why you want to change and what interrupted you in the past .

When we focus on Sun and Pluto part of this grand cross It could be self identity rediscover, for someone who yarn to know who am I ? Why I can not enjoy to be me ? Why I hate my life? what I can do inordinate to be shine  ? Where is my power and creativity,

I will suggest that we have to face there is not only just one "me "in our life , there is many part of you in your personalities , and most of them you don't know and some of  your personalities you  don't want to recognise, unless we learn to accept those different imagines of  self in our life , we will have difficult to be proud of ourselves and we will not able to reclaim our power.

" Mars is fundamental energy of survival , have you ever ask why we have to express ourself  ? Why a boy want to ask a girl to date ?   Why we have to fight for business and all this link with Mars in astrology . Because we wan to survive , in two ways , one is earn our living , go to work and fight for bread( money ) in another way we want to be recognised , we want to earn chance to stand out as we want to increase opportunities to reproduce in order to maintain our blood line.     The challenge of this moment suggest we have take the action immediately and if we face theses problems which link with Mars issue we better change our attitude toward it , as Albert Einstein said "  We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."

When it comes with Jupiter themes in this grand cross, we maybe have struggle with our believe system ? It seems like what we believe in the  past are not going to help us . Or we have to face a challenge of self believe , we maybe lost hope , or think what we expect in the future are either too hard to achieve , or in an opposite way totally optimistic for our future but could not see the things we have to deal with now. Another Jupiter theme could suggest the problem is from  "we bite more the we can chew."  We need to reexamine what we really want , what is our goal. We have to keep optimistic but not forget who we are and our limited.

From this week we will face one or two or many challenges above ,  the hardest part of cardinal grand crosse is we want to deal everything in one go, we want to do every thing without which should comes first. We need to learn to be  Patience and we need to decide the priority of our task. More important we better use this time to " do something" . If you want to change something in your life ? Neptune stationary

Neptune is stationary on 12 13 Nov 2013, and Jupiter also starts its retrograde. Both of them are the ruler of Pisces, and are related to our future.

Traditional theories perceive Neptune as a weak, illusive planet and overlook the fact that ancient Mediterranean fishermen worshipped Poseidon and prayed for safe voyages. A long voyage is unpredictable and could be deadly, and these fishermen also worried if their catches or the goods they sold could barter commodities of same value back. Snowden Shocks the World Sane

There is a satellitium of Sun, Mars and Mercury in Gemini in Snowden’s natal chart, and his Ascendant is also in Gemini which conjuncts Mercury. From this, we can see how emphasised interpersonal interaction is to him. There are several features in his chart that we should pay attention to. First, none of the personal planets are in Earth Sign. Most people under this may seek for grounded and stable feelings all through his life and for association with body, financial issue and land. The only point related to Earth Sign in his chart would be Chiron in Taurus in his 12^th house, which further emphasises that there could be some reasons that he does not really understand behind his unfamiliarity and inexperience in regard to issues of Earth element. Uranus has an important weight in Snowden’s chart., for its conjunction with the Descendant in Sagittarius (Uranus also conjuncts Jupiter) and its location at the midpoint of Sun and Moon which reflects his deep desire to freedom and his immense value to space and freedom. The Mercury-Uranus and Mercury-Jupiter oppositions would further reveal the importance of the freedom of speech in his life. (The US government really should consult an astrologer when recruiting people to perform these tasks which violate the freedom of speech, shouldn’t they?)

With Sun, Mars and North Node conjunct in Gemini, Snowden’s appearance resonates with people’s vivid desire to personal freedom and freedom of speech online in this generation. He is not alone in this path, as many people are attracted to fight together. Snowden appears as a fighter to defend freedom of speech, and when there are chances, it is possible for him to exert the leadership and creativity of Sun in similar circumstances. This conjunction also involves an opposition with Neptune: sometimes it is not easy to make clear who the enemies are – the authority or the citizen? Is it a must to take refuge in a country who cares less about freedom of speech? This opposition also allows him to stand out against the government and fight, out of his empathy, for those who are harmed or sacrificed. 

Saturn and Pluto play the role of the authority in this chart, and narrate Snowden’s relationship with it. I have no doubt that he may agree with certain power and authoritative control of the government, but the sesquisquare of Mercury and Saturn also describes his frustration brought out by the conflicts with a disappointing authority. Remember that the opposition of Sun and Neptune may also symbolise a lying leader, and at the moment this image seems branded on the US government. Snowden possesses a complicated love-and-hate feeling towards the authority, and his MC is at the midpoint of Moon-Chiron, Saturn-Ascendant, Pluto-Ascendant and Venus-Chiron.

The Sun-Neptune opposition could also explain how the US government starts spreading rumours and defamation to damage Snowden’s credibility and makes some groundless accusations against him. The Scorpio Moon also has a stressful aspect with Neptune which will strengthen such effect, and his life could soon be in the mist to be the public. Once he reveals the PRISM project, there is a gossip circulating about his girlfriend being a pole-dancer, which obviously is a tactic to attach a lower-level identity to him and weaken his credibility. This resonates with MC being the midpoint of Moon-Chiron and Venus-Chiron, and at the moment, transiting Neptune is at his chart’s Sun-Moon midpoint at 6 degree of a mutable sign.

Transits, Progressions and Lunar Eclipse

Let’s observe the effect of the transits. We have just mentioned about transiting Neptune being at the midpoint of his natal Sun and Moon, and forming a square with his natal Jupiter and Uranus – a crucial implication that he must hide and immerse himself in the public in order to defend for the freedom of Speech and Internet. Lunar Eclipse is a revelation or manifestation which allows us to see certain results or outcomes; Snowden lets us see the many facets and aspects that we need to confront and consider regarding the development of freedom on the Internet. 

What’s interesting is that there was a lunar eclipse which took place 4 days after Snowden’s birth, and, according to Dr Bernadette Brady, that particular lunar eclipse belongs to the SS North 3 Eclipse family, which is related to “a circulation of information that worries people”

Also, the sextile of transiting Uranus and natal Ascendant allows him to fight for freedom successfully, and it symbolises the practice of freedom itself. The quincunx of transiting Pluto and natal Mercury symbolises the astonishing secret; through Snowden, people’s fantasy towards their freedom online or towards the freedom of America vanishes or gets cut off. In the Solar Arc Progression chart, progressed Chiron closely conjuncts with progressed Sun (and progressed Sun forms a sextile with natal Chiron) – projecting an image of a fighter to his disadvantage, or a wanderer who gets banished or self-exiled. Progressed Neptune-Pluto / Saturn square also manifests in lies from the authority.

A figure like Snowden plays an important role in affecting the States’ influence over the world and its own citizens. If we cast a natal chart for US, we will find that the natal Ascendant Axis of Snowden overlaps the one of US (Snowden’s Ascendant is at 12 degree Gemini, and 12 Sagittarius for US). His natal Uranus and Jupiter conjuncts US’s Ascendant, and natal Uranus of US conjuncts Snowden’s Ascendant. Uranus, which symbolises Internet and freedom, invokes the confrontation between Snowden the US government; however, Snowden receive much support from the Americans, for his natal Venus manages to conjunct with the North Node of US, and his MC forms an opposition to US’s moon, which symbolises the people of America. It looks like the government needs to spend much more effort if it really wants to defame Snowden.（Pic 4)

If we cast a relocation chart for Snowden for his move to Hong Kong, we will find that the Ascendant will be in 27 Scorpio (hiding), and Moon will also be in the twelfth house, a house which also symbolises hiding. Jupiter and Uranus in the first house imply “freedom”, but Chiron being in conjunction with the Descendant also imply his being isolated, another feature of being exiled. His Solar Arc Saturn progress on 26 Scorpio right on his relocated Asc, a meaning of seeking protection.   If we refer to the ACG map, we can find that Chiron is over Hong Kong, and Venus is over Iceland, another location which people think would be Snowden’s next destination; and I personally wonder if those countries in South America, like Venezuela and Columbia where Jupiter, Uranus and Chiron are right over them, would be more compatible with these features. Murdoch and Brooks: Public enemy or Collective shadow? A point of view of Astrology

I love to read to read gossip about footballers and WAGs. I enjoy reading about scandals from behind the scenes. I also loved to follow how Will and Kate met up, broke up and re-united…but where did I read this all: the Guardian, the Independent or the BBC? Nope….The News of the World and The Sun….

A couple of weeks ago if you told me, that Murdoch may not be able to buy BskyB, I would not have believed it. He holds a big part of the media in the UK and if he does not like you, then you are likely to be the next poor Brown. But the phone hacking scandal changed everything. I was so angry and furious about what The News of the World had done, it was totally immoral, the most vicious news I ever read. If Brooks had a daughter would that have made her more sympathetic to the harm done by the hacking and deleting of the phone messages of Millie Dowler? Would she have worried about her child everytime they left home? Hacking and deleting messages just for more news. This scandal made Brooks and Murdoch and News International become public enemies.

UK’s Tabloid on the 1801 chart

If we look at the UK’s 1801 chart you will see the 3^rd house cusps in Sagittarius, indicating an urgency to extend our communication and looking for more information. This also suggests the English language’s huge influence, becoming an international language. 3^rd house also rules News and BBC news is the biggest broadcaster in the world. The 3^rd house ruler, Jupiter, sextile Uranus and qcx Pluto in 5^th, reflects that famous British tabloid journalism, as it emphasises features such as sensational crime stories, gossip, tendency to deliberately shock readers (or society).

Mercury, detriment in Sagittarius, in the 3^rd House, rules the 9^th House, which also has influence on News and Media, Ssq Jupiter (3^rd and 6^th House ruler) and Ssx Neptune (fantasy and victim and 6^th house ruler). Mercury is also qcx the Moon which is MC ruler representing Leader of a country, government, and celebrities.

Chiron, linked to wounding or harm, was right on the 3^rd house cusps. It squarea Pluto, this also could suggest that communication, transport, and media are sensitive areas in the UK. If the suggestions in the 1801 chart are correct then we all play a part in this chart. We enjoy being cruel and gossiping and the tabloid journalists satisfy this need, but could we say, as The News of the World editor said “this is not where we wanted to be, and it’s not where we deserve to be.”

If it is not where the British public deserve to be, then we have to find someone to take the blame. As Rupert Murdoch holds the News International group and owns a big part of the British Newspaper industry, and Mrs Brooks is the CEO of New International group, then they have responsibility for this.

The synastry between UK1801 and Rupert Murdoch is very interesting, his Exaltation Jupiter in Cancer conjunct UK’s MC, tells us how he enjoys being an important role in our government. His Sun and MC ruler Mercury form a Water grand trine with UK’s Moon and Neptune which suggest how his business satisfies our need for gossip and fantasy.

His Pluto conjunct UK’s Moon, The Moon in Mundane represents the people and in the UK’s chart it is also ruler of 10^th, which means his invisible hand can really MANIPULATE our people and our government. We heard about how UK politicians have to earn his favour to win the elections. However his Jupiter is opposite UK’s Sun. UK’s sun rules the parliament (11^th House) so I doubt he would really be welcome in the House of Commons. His Sun and Mercury (MC ruler) and MC all square UK’s Mercury in 3^rd. How we envy (or are angry about) his media empire. His Saturn square UK’s Moon and his Neptune opposite UK’s Pluto, suggest how we see him as an unpopular person who holds power and has the potential to threaten us.

It is very easy to project our detriment Mercury as a collective shadow to someone who also has detriment Mercury, and has Pluto conjunct our Moon. I do not mean he is innocent and we project our shadow on him but just to show you it is interesting how a country‘s collective shadow can project on someone if the two chart have strong inter-aspects.

This year Mr Murdoch also has his SP Mercury conjunct his natal Chiron and his Uranus conjunct Dsc on his Solar Arc chart which suggests a huge change in his life. This happens when Transit Pluto Saturn Uranus form a Grand Cross with his Natal Jupiter (the Exaltation planet and dispositor of Mercury also right on 1801’s MC) and on the day of News revealed Phone-hacking scandal the sun was on his Jupiter trigger this grand cross.

But what about Rebekah Brooks? I don’t have her birth-time, so let do this more carefully. Her Sun is opposite UK’s Chiron and square UK’s Pluto and her Mars is opposite UK’s Mercury. She has Tr Pl Ur square her Chiron, and soon she will has Tr Saturn opposite Natal Saturn, which will not be an easy time.

Finally as New Solar fire has upgraded the solar map and this is my favourite bit of astrology, I look at Mr. Murdoch’s ACG Chart, well well well, Local space lines of Venus, Pluto, Saturn and Mars all cross the UK, as do the Node Mc and Ur Mc lines.

The Odyssey Dawn in Astrology…

Japan’s tragic does not change whole world ‘s care in middle East. Jupiter and Uranus move into Aries this year, Aries is a sign about courage, action, and tend to find something to fight for, because this vernal equinox energy is the moment that male animal fight for territory and gain the right to mate, we can say fight for surviving. President Obama has MOON MC Line line Pluto Asc Chiron Dsc pass Libya, and his Uranus Asc line also very close to Libya. Local space Moon line also pass BANGAZI

and David Cameron has Sun pass here, and Local space Jupiter pass BANGAZI .

What if we do a group composite chart of Cameron , Sarkozy and Obama, I chose Paris (where world leader meet here for this operation) the I fond the Jupiter Ds line crose NNode Mc line here , and Pluto Mc line are very close to Libya.

More interesting their group composite chart has Sun Neptune Mercury conjunct on Asc, then name of operation called Odyssey Dawn, Odyssey ‘s journey usually has linked with Neptune and Pisces quality, what ‘s a interesting coincident or should we say Planets talk in its way ?

Credit crunch happened when Pluto move in to Capricorn make us know about investment banker’s games rule or ruin our economy. Deep water oil leak happened when the day Chiron move to Pisces force us to face our dependents of oil ,and what we have done to Ocean. I don't really tend to predict Earthquake or Tsunami, I mean planes in astrological forecasting could indicate different meaning, Uranus usually related to Earthquake, Nuclear disaster , but why not bird flu? or Spaceship disaster ?

I tend to use symbolic reading so I will not say when Uranus on Descendant in Eclipse chart will bring earthquake ...I usually use ACG map mark the danger zone, and use planets quality to explain events character.....for this reason Uranus on Horizon could indicate Sudden social change, shock , revolution or Erthquake, and usually Pluto could be dramatic events such as massacre whether people killed by nuclear weapons or natural disaster...
